By Maroon & White | spring 2019

This fall Saint Mary’s University hosted an engaging public panel discussion that served as a precursor to the Halifax International Security Forum’s three-day annual conference. The panel, entitled “Discord, Disruptions, Disorder: A World Without International Institutions,” is the result of a partnership between the Halifax International Security Forum, Dalhousie University, and Saint Mary’s. The panel featured global experts to foster discussion among decision-makers and opinion-leaders from around the world about what the future holds for international institutions and partnerships.
