Dr. Brian Flemming

Graduation Year: 1959

Dr. Brian Flemming BSc’59, LLD’14 was recently appointed to the Council of Canadian Academics (CCA) Expert Panel on the Transportation Needs of an Aging Population.
An international lawyer and a public policy advisor, he is one of Canada’s leading experts on transportation policy and the international law of the sea. He is a also a member of the Order of Canada and has two honorary degrees.
